After signup, configure how your business accepts payments.

Profiles and channels

Each merchant has one or more profiles:

• Sandbox or Live environment
• Optional success/fail return URLs
• Associated API keys

Website / API profiles expose Integration Settings and Webhooks for server-to-server checkout.

QR / platform profiles expose Payment Links, Payment Streams, and Invoices in the dashboard.

Payment connectors

Connectors (Benefit, Mastercard, Benefit Web Checkout, Apple Pay certificates) are configured by VenPays for your merchant. Contact support if you need Apple Pay certificates or provider credentials updated.

Sandbox merchants may receive default test connectors automatically.

Team access

Invite users and assign roles (for example admin, viewer, manager, operator, or custom) with permissions such as refunds, webhooks, API keys, and invoice creation.
