Webhook retries
If your endpoint does not return HTTP 2xx, VenPays retries delivery with backoff.
Behavior
| Setting | Value |

| HTTP timeout | 10 seconds |
| Success | Any 2xx response |
| Retry schedule | Increasing delays over about two days |
| Max attempts | Several retries after the initial delivery |
If deliveries keep failing, VenPays may stop sending to that endpoint until you fix the receiver and re-enable or update the webhook.
Manual replay
You can replay a delivery from the dashboard after fixing your endpoint.
Always make handlers idempotent on event id.
