Authentication

| Error on initiate | Wrong API key, wrong environment host, or missing payment provider configuration |
| Forbidden on status/refund | The key’s profile does not own the track_id |
| Dashboard signed out | Session expired — sign in again |
Payments

| No Apple Pay sheet | Device, region, card, or Merchant ID mismatch |
| Benefit initiate fails | Currency not BHD or Benefit not enabled for the profile |
Stuck pending | Customer never finished checkout — apply your own expiry policy |
| Refund rejected for BenefitPay | Refunds are not available for Benefit Web Checkout |
Webhooks

| Signature always fails | Body was re-serialized, wrong secret, or incomplete secret string |
| No deliveries | URL not HTTPS, webhook inactive, or endpoint returning errors |
| Duplicate events | Retries — process by event id |

| Invoice collection issues | Prefer payment links or API initiate until invoice checkout is fully available for your account |
